Knit & Natter Group From Shotton Hall Academy School
Shotton Hall Academy is a Performing Arts School in Peterlee, Co. Durham which has a Community Arts Diary and one of the groups is a Knit & Natter held each Wednesday at 6pm - 7.30. The ladies of the Knit & Natter namely, Phillippa, Lily, Liz, Carole, Karen, Fran and Janice have decided that everything that they knit will be sold off or raffled and all proceeds to go to charity. The first items were a blanket and cushion which were raffled at a school evening on Thursday 31 May 2012. Along with several other items, over £170 was raised all of which is to be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support. Hopefully plenty more funds to be raised. The other items made are all listed below with a selling price, where the full sale amount will be given to the charity stated with the item. The selling price is the minimum which we would like to raise however, any additional donations would be welcome so please make us an offer. Thank you for your support.
