Wool Returns :

Due to yarns having specific dye numbers we will only accept Yarn returns within 7 days of you receiving your yarn.  Patterns CANNOT be returned.

We WILL NOT accept returns on any clearance lines.   

Whilst we endeavour to produce the best possible pictures to match our yarn, it is impossible to show an exact colour match as all computer screens show a different picture depending on the setting. 

Other Returns :

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund on that item.   Please note we will only refund the cost of the item and not the postage costs incurred. 

This does not apply for wheeled products.   If you have a problem with any nursery or wheeled products you must first contact us to explain what the problem is in order that we can reach a solution with the manufacturer (this may be a case of sending you spare parts).    Nursery products will not be accepted back due to a change of mind by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Product is Not Exactly as Described

From time to time the product shown in the picture is not available and we may have something else in stock which is very similar to that product.   In this instance we may send you the alternative product.  If you do not wish this to happen then please leave clear instructions in the box provided when placing your order.    Should we send you an item and it is not what you were looking for, we will accept it back as a return however, we will not reimburse the postage costs.   This does not affect your statutory rights.
